- Handling your enquiry and communicating with you (legitimate interest / pre-contract steps).
- Performance of the accommodation contract and legal obligations (guest records, accounting).
4. Retention period
We keep the data only as long as necessary for the given purpose and for the period required by law (e.g. accounting and record-keeping obligations).
5. Sharing of data
We do not share data with third parties except providers of essential services (e.g. sending the form via Formspree) and authorities where required by law.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and to object. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
7. Cookies
The website uses only essential (technical) cookies necessary for the site to work (e.g. storing your cookie consent). We do not use marketing or third-party analytics cookies. The map is embedded from Google Maps — loading it may set cookies from Google.
